How Google Compensation Works in India
Before the numbers, understanding how Google structures total compensation matters because base salary is not the full picture.
Google's total compensation (TC) has three components. Base salary is the fixed monthly amount. RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) are Google stock that vest over 4 years. Bonus is an annual performance-based cash payment, typically 15 to 20% of base for good performers.
