Your candidate data can only be accessed from within your account. We know how important candidate information is to an IT staffing company and hence we only use it to remind the candidate about the interviews. Our interviews are resume-less and the personal details of the candidates are not even shared with the interviewers.

If the candidate switches to another tab or moves the cursor outside of our interviewing environment, the interviewer is nudged that the candidate is not active in our environment. Interviewers can see the candidate’s event history as well where they can see copy-pasted code from the internet or any other source
