How to structure the feedback?
The feedback is rubric-driven. It is important that you document the candidate's strenghts, areas of weaknesses and communication style in detail for the profile they are interviewing for.
After payout is released, what is withdrawal process?
After taking the first interview the platform will ask your bank details, pan card details and few more details. After completion, the amount will be transferred to your account.
Are interviewers paid if a candidate doesn't show up?
Yes, you will be paid 25% of the pre-set interview price in case of a no-show.
What happens if an interviewer is unable to join?
To reschedule any interview interviewer needs to inform us atleast 2 hours earlier. If it is a case of emergency, we do not deduct any price and rating. If same interviewer reschedules repeatedly then we deduct ratings for the first four interviews only. If it still persist, pay is deducted as well.
What effects an interviewers rating?
Feedback given does not have clarity or have inadequate information. Rating and feedback do not match. Report submitted later than 1 hour. Interviewer joined the interview later than 2 minutes. Interviewer asked to re-schedule too many times. Difficulty level of the interview not followed. A theoretical question was asked Instead of a practical one.
